Reime offers a wide range of tower concepts designed for the telecommunication market worldwide. The Group’s tower designs are divided into families and are subject to optimization processes based on the individual technical specifications drawn up for the various projects.
Although Reime mainly addresses the telecommunication market, its tower designs are multi-purpose. Consequently, apart from telecommunication, the power, surveillance and flood-light markets have also taken advantage of its excellent range of tower and mast designs.
JAT
A square, self-supporting open angle lattice tower of a maximum height of 150m, which can withstand difficult weather conditions, i.e. extreme wind load and high ice load with varying antenna loads. The tower is ideally suited for telecommunication systems or radar systems. A specific offshore version is also available. There is a special version for container transport called the RSA. The tower is principally a JAT tower designed to fit in 20 feet containers.
Panel
The Panel tower is a triangular, welded, self-supporting universal tower for light to medium loads, reaching a maximum height of 70m. The tower is ideally suited for telecommunication systems or as a heavy load floodlight tower. The tower is easily transportable and fast to erect.
RTA
The RTA tower is a triangular, welded, self-supporting tube tower for medium loads, reaching a maximum height of 90m. The tower is ideally suited for telecommunication systems. The tower has few parts allowing easy and safe assembly on site. This is a new tower and it replaces the former RTT design where the tubular diagonals are replaced by open angle steel for easier and cheaper production. The tower is especially suitable in countries with limited steel availability.
SR5
The SR5 is a square, welded, self supported universal tower for medium loads, with maximum height of 60m. The tower type is well suited for telecommunication systems, both onshore and offshore, and for large flow-light systems. A shorter version of this tower is also used for radar system installations. The tower comes in prefab 5m modules, allowing fast and safe assembly on site. Up to four sections may be fitted into each other to facilitate transportation.
S7
The S7 is a square, welded, medium range universal tower for medium to light loads, with a maximum height of 35m. The tower's slim line design makes for a narrow top, tapering from a slightly wider base section, - for which only a small foundation is necessary. The tower is light and easy to assemble and is also suitable as a rooftop tower. Transportation is facilitated as the four sections can fit into each other.
LS
The LS is a welded, triangular, self supporting universal tower, for light loads, with a maximum height of 30m. The tower is ideally suited for use with floodlights and light solutions for telecommunication and can be delivered in two versions; with or without combined steps for climbing and abutment for cables. Work and resting platforms are mounted on the outside. The tower is light and easy to assemble, and is also suitable as a rooftop tower.
RGM 350
The RGM 350 is a welded, triangle guyed mast for light loads up to a maximum height of 30m. The mast type is well suited for telecommunication purposes, in particular as roof top site or a small greenfield site. Work and resting platforms are mounted on the outside. The mast comes in prefab modules and its low weight makes it easy to assemble on site. Modules are made to fit 20 feet containers.
RGM 1000
The RGM 1000 is a square, lattice guyed mast for medium loads with a maximum height of 140m. This mast is well suited for telecommunication purposes. It has an inside ladder, and easy cable mounting. This is a light design, although the wires require space. Modules are made to fit 20 feet containers.
RGM 1500
The RGM 1500 is a square, guyed lattice mast for heavy to medium loads of maximum of height of 200m. The mast is well suited for telecommunication purposes. It has an inside ladder extensive cable capacity. This is a light design, although the wires require space.
Roof top – Wall mounts
Reime has an assortment of roof top solutions and wall mounts for most telecommunication purposes.
Wall Pole 13990
This is a wall mounted pole for light loads—maximum height 10m. It can hold 3 GSM antennas or 3 MW. Steps can be fitted to the pole with U-Bolts.
Roof Pole 3m/4m/5m
This pole can be fastened to the roof or kept in place by weights. It is used for light loads and has a maximum height of 5m. It can hold 3 GSM antennas or 3 MW. Steps can be fitted to the pole with U-Bolts.
Suspension Towers
Reime design and is responsible for production of suspension towers. Most suspension towers are tailor-made and are not listed on the website. Please contact us for more details.
JBM series
A lightweight tower, suitable for 66kV to 132 kV lines, self supporting, bolted tangent mast for power transmission lines up to 30m height. A combination of triangular configuration of lines and a slim line design, has produced a tower which requires very little ground space. This makes it easy to upgrade old lines from a lower voltage to a higher voltage without requiring additional space.
