ACME Products Meeting – May 2008

Reime is ready to supply ACME telecom products, tailor made to fit the market. These products will change the way we build Telecom sites. Demo sites are being built and documentation and training programmes are being undergone throughout the organization. The ACME Group prides itself as a trail-blazer in the development of `green technology’. The “Green Shelter” concept is a complete package to fit the various environmental and temperature parameters for passive infrastructure in the telecom industry. ACME have also developed a slew of innovative products and solutions such as nano-cooled shelters and other telecom shelters, fuel cells, water treatment plants, ultra-modern refrigeration and cold storage products, power interface units and thermal management systems.

Framework Agreement with MTC – Celtel/Zain Group - April 2008

Reime NIS proudly announces that a Framework Agreement (FWA) has been entered into between Reime NIS Group and MTC – Celtel (Zain) Group. The FWA was signed by the parties on the 28th March 2008 and includes Turnkey Supply, Construction and Implementation of telecommunication sites. The Zain/Celtel group operates in Middle East and Africa, and Reime NIS and its subsidiaries see a big potential for future cooperation with the Zain/Celtel Group.
The Reime NIS Group, having 10 years of experience in telecom network infrastructure deployment in Africa, appreciates and is looking forward to participate as one of Zain/Celtel’s approved Suppliers, and to contribute in Zain/Celtel’s  expansion and build out programs in the Middle East and Africa.

New Quality Manager - April 2008
Reime NIS is pleased to welcome Mr. Martin Hay, who joins Reime NIS office from 1. April. Martin Hay is our new Quality Manager for the Reime NIS group.
Martin Hay has worked as lead auditor and consultant in DNV for 12 years. He has a Bachelor Degree in marketing and a degree in mechanical engineering.

Ericsson succeeded in operating ACME Green Shelter with 2 new Flamingo RBS without Air-conditioner
Ericsson, Bangladesh have tried and tested the new Acme Heat Exchanger and battery coolers together with their new Flamingo RBS. By monitoring the shelter environment Ericsson found the difference between ambient temperature and inside temperature to be maximum 6-8 deg c without Air-conditioner. more...
