
The Business Head of Reime NIS performs his duties based on the above structure as well as a standardized and streamlined reporting and instruction structure. she will be the initiator or otherwise be involved in all political, strategic and vital processes as the Chairman of the Board of the complete portfolio of subsidiaries and through the direct reporting and instruction structure. As the situation may require, an Executive Group is empowered to increase Reime NIS’ involvement in the local business through a coach oriented approach.
The Chief Finance Officer will join the Business Head as board member in the subsidiaries, as well as setting the standards for accounting, reporting, financing and IT structure. The local finance managers are key personnel for exercising acceptable economic and financial control.
The Head of Sales & Marketing and his team will operate directly towards the market in his/her search for new opportunities and to develop long term relations. This activity will eventually give birth to new projects at new locations where the Director of Business Development will have an extended responsibility during the initial phase of every project. As the local organization settles, the matrix functionality will be empowered.
The Chief Technical Officer will – in close cooperation with all managers and directors world wide – develop both general and tailored technical solutions, optimally accommodating specifically identified needs. He/she will furthermore actively initiate and carry through quality control of work performed in order to ensure that the quality delivered is as expected.
The Supply Chain Manager and his team will have direct involvement in external production of Reime designed steel structures, in supply of tailored and standards products from third parties as well as in transport of equipment to site. Additionally, through the matrix, he will be heavily involved when new projects are initiated.
