Personnel Policy

It is the worldwide policy of the Reime Group to provide employment opportunities to individuals located at its business locations, offering competitive employment or contracting conditions relative to international standards and levels of remuneration.
This Personnel Policy Statement shall act as a policy instrument for personnel throughout the Reime Group and present current practices and expected behaviour of all personnel in their daily work.

  • The Reime Group has ambitious quality requirements. The continuing progress and vitality of the Group requires that it utilizes all available human resources to the fullest. The continuing need for well-qualified personnel dictates that individuals with talent must be recognized and encouraged to progress through equitable human resources polices.
  • The Reime Group shall at any given geographical location provide equal opportunity to each individual, regardless of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status or any other occupationally irrelevant condition.
  • The personnel employed or contracted shall in all behavior fully comply with the expressed guidelines with respect to business ethics and moral.
  • During the maturing process of any business case, it is the policy of the Reime Group to involve nationals in the business and to qualify them through training and educational programs and to substitute expatriates with nationals thereby reducing cost and increasing competitiveness.
  • Personnel safety shall never be neglected and shall be included for in the planning of all activities.
  • Employment and contracting shall be in accordance with written agreements describing main tasks, responsibilities and authority, working conditions, salary and payment arrangements.
  • All laws and regulations regarding personnel administration and working conditions valid in the country of employment or contracting shall be complied with.

It is the responsibility of each manager that this Policy is distributed, communicated and understood within the organization and that it is adhered to and reviewed for continued suitability.
