Organization

The Reime Group is focused on long-term commitments internationally. Under this strategy Reime has incorporated subsidiaries in the various countries where it commits to work on the foreign soil. Often, there is a need from customers for contracts of this kind to be signed with a local, formally incorporated legal body of Reime. Currently there are subsidiaries incorporated in 11 countries in Africa and one in Dubai in the Middle East. There are more to come.

Structure
The Reime Group has a dual managerial approach. On the one hand Reime management is represented in the Board of Directors of all subsidiaries, directly auditing business operations internationally. And on the other hand, a matrix-oriented support structure has been set up to ensure a proactive interchange of information, experience and skills between each subsidiary and the various managers.
