HES Policy

It is the worldwide policy of the Reime Group that all operations be conducted in compliance with all applicable HES laws, regulations and standards. Appropriate design, operation, energy efficiency and waste management standards shall be implemented to protect human health and the environment. Employees shall be empowered to take individual responsibility for HES activities relating to their job performance and programs will be implemented for self-monitoring with regular audits and assessments and annual reporting of the status of compliance with the policy.

The Group believes that HES attention will enhance protection of our employees, human health and the environment thereby increasing the long-term success and profitability of the company.

The Reime Group commits to protect the environment and the health and safety of employees by using design procedures, work practices and employee training to prevent incidents.

• To correct operating conditions that may have an adverse health, safety or environmental impact.
• To reduce waste generation and responsibly manage waste disposal.
• To reduce releases of pollutants to the environment.
• To make efficient use of non-renewable natural resources.
• To use energy efficiently.
• To provide information on the safe use and disposal of the Reime or ACME products.
• Whenever possible, to align the Group’s HES performance with the most competent base of suppliers available.
• To report the HES performance annually.

It is the responsibility of each manager that this Policy is distributed, communicated and understood within the organizations and that it is adhered to and reviewed for continued suitability.
