Ethical Policy Statement

Ethical Policy Statement

The Reime Group is a global operator working within a wide range of cultures with differing business practices. While committing to business performance, the Group also commits to interrelate with a wide spectrum of customers and contractors. Respect for local cultures shall always be balanced with the following ethical policy of the Reime Group.
The Rime Group aims to establish and preserve a reputation for integrity and fair dealing. The Group believes that such a reputation is essential for the long-term well-being of the Group itself, its shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and to the community in which it operates.

  • All financial transactions are to be conducted with fairness and honesty. Promises and commitments shall not be given unless we intend to fulfil them.
  • Corrupt or illegal practices are not countenanced. Bribes or any other illicit payments are neither paid nor accepted. Employees should take adequate measures to ensure that in the areas of their involvement, all in- and outgoing invoices are bona fide, correct and complete and are in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • The Reime Group does not participate in any illegal anti-competitive activity.
  • Customers are treated with the utmost confidentiality. No information concerning their affairs is published to a third party without their written permission.
  • Directors, managers and members of staff are not permitted to engage in business on behalf of the Reime Group with organizations in which they or their associates have a material financial interest.
  • Our business dealings should be conducted at normal arms length terms, in the interest of the Reime Group; in particular, the Reime Group employees and their associates should not be involved in (1) the diversion of any business away from the Reime Group or (2) any transactions in which they personally derive benefit (directly or indirectly) other than benefit derived through their employment with the Reime Group.
  • Always respect, but do not always accept the business ethics of our business partners. Respect and honour people, but not necessarily their deeds.

It is the responsibility of each manager that this Policy is distributed, communicated and understood within the organizations and that it is adhered to and reviewed for continued suitability.
